Don’t try to start with overly complicated recipes or dishes that you don’t know how they will taste. It may sound silly, but this is a point that motivates you and brings you back to the kitchen because as you perfect your favorites, you will start to experiment with other preparations.
3.- Read the entire recipe
Whether due to excitement or anxiety, many make the mistake of starting to cook without having read the entire recipe. This is a mistake because you might skip some steps or forget ingredients, and thus the dish won’t turn out as it should. 4.- Taste and season
