Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut the pineapple into triangles to accompany the tacos al pastor. Set aside. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the pastor meat. Cook for 10 minutes and set aside. For the salsa: fry the chiles with a little oil over low heat until they slightly change color, then remove and set aside.
