How to use the right amount of oil?

- For dressing salads. Mix 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
- For frying. Place a layer of sunflower oil, or a mixture of sunflower and olive oil, in the pan not exceeding the height of the food to be fried.
- For meats, poultry, or fish in the oven. Arrange in the baking dish and drizzle with 3 tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil before baking.
- In baking. Use 80 c.c. of sunflower or olive oil for every 100 g of butter you wish to replace.
