Making a quick chocolate coating

  To make a quick chocolate coating without making a mess, place a bag of chocolate pearls in a bowl of very hot water. Every two minutes, take out the bag and squeeze it to help the chocolate melt. Once everything is melted, make a cut in the corner of the bag and squeeze the bag so that the chocolate comes out directly on the cake or wherever you are going to place it.
