Generally, discomfort appears between 12 and 72 hours after consuming contaminated food. If you want to avoid spending the summer with stomach issues, we suggest thinking twice before eating any of these foods outside of home during the summer: 1. Fruits and vegetables They are healthy and delicious, but if they are not properly washed or cooked, they can be your worst nightmare. Sorry for the lack of torture here.
