If you want to discover new places to eat, drink wine, or enjoy incredible desserts, then don't miss the recommendations that the team at kiwilimón has for you this month. Here you will find the best place for snacks, a new bar to enjoy the best wines, the most delicious cookies in CDMX, and even the most awarded bar in the world. You can also read: Testing, testing: our favorite pizzas!Handshake Speakeasy This bar has not only been crowned as the best in Mexico and the world, but it also features amazing cocktails, a relaxed atmosphere, and an unbeatable location.  Handshake Speakeasy allows you to explore all kinds of flavors with options like a marigold cocktail, which is perfect for refreshing your palate. On the other hand, you can't miss Sencha, which is prepared with sake. Any drink you order will be a journey through unexpected flavors, but do remember to make a reservation to avoid waiting in line for hours. It's also important to know that you can only stay at the bar for 90 minutes. Are you going to visit? Recommended by Yamilette González, Chef Coordinator.  Petit Gateau Café If you're in the mood to treat yourself to a moment of relaxation without spending too much on the experience, Petit Gateau Café is a great option. This café is located in the heart of CDMX, on Avenida Independencia and just steps away from the Metropolitan Theater. Here you will find a seasonal menu, but they also have classics that you cannot miss. When you visit, try the cotton candy coffee, which will also look beautiful on your Instagram. My favorite from the fall menu was Mixi, a cute little kitten made of hazelnut mousse with cocoa cacao, mandarin puree, pumpkin sweet, and star anise ice cream. The only downside of this dessert was: having to eat it! Recommended by Nadia Brito, Digital Planner & Trafficker. Read more: Testing, testing: our favorites of October!Granate Granate is a new wine bar in the Cuauhtémoc neighborhood, just a few blocks from Reforma. They not only have a great selection of wines, but they also delight us with a delicious variety of tapas; all within an intimate and relaxed atmosphere that invites you to ask for recommendations and feel at home. This is a perfect place for a date or to enjoy some time with friends while drinking wine and eating delicious snacks.Recommended by Inés Miselem, Design Coordinator. Doña Chela Mexico City has a wide and delicious culinary tradition that never ceases to amaze us. In this regard, I want to recommend a classic that has been renewed and delights us with a good variety of snacks and garnishes. If you visit Doña Chela, you will be welcomed with a freshly made tortilla and various salsas, all of which are irresistible! To start, order a hibiscus water and then follow up with a pozole, a sope, or a steak taco.  In addition to offering the best snacks in the neighborhood, at Doña Chela you will have a very pleasant time thanks to the friendly service.Recommended by Lourdes Serrano, Community Manager.  Iddi’s Bakery When it comes to good bakery and cakes, Iddi’s Bakery stands out. Led by chef Michelle Catarata, who also delights us with her creations at the restaurant Galea, this new café will make you fall in love with every bite. When you visit, start with their chocolate chip cookies and white chocolate macadamia cookies. Also, don't miss out on the brownies, the cheesecake with red fruits, or the babka.   At Iddi’s, you can also enjoy egg sandwiches, cheese, chicken, ham, and more. Don't miss their salads with a very gourmet touch and pair all your dishes with their wide variety of cold and hot drinks.  Recommended by Gretel Chávez, Editorial Coordinator. You know it, at kiwilimón we are always on the lookout for the best cafés, restaurants, bars, and more places to share our recommendations with you.
