Tips for Being Happy!

Life is full of changes, cycles that open and close; most are pleasant, but others can cause suffering. However, even if it seems impossible, you can be happy when everything goes wrong.
We find it hard to be happy because we seek happiness in material things and in other people, forgetting that we are the only ones who can generate our own happiness.
“Everything depends on how you look at it,” at first, this popular saying has a vague meaning, but upon reflection, and especially when applied to everyday life, it makes sense. While it may seem difficult to be happy when you don’t have a pleasant job or have not fared well in love, these problems can be a great opportunity. It depends on you!
To achieve this, we provide the following tips:
1. Recognize that you are not perfect.
2. The decisions you made in the past were the best you could have made, according to your experiences, life tools, and emotional level.
3. Live in the present; you cannot live in the past (sadness) or in the future (anxiety). You must fully enjoy what happens here and now.
4. Remember that you are the only one responsible for your life.
5. Take time for yourself when necessary; rest.
6. If you have any illness, you need to know what it is, what treatment options you have, and carry out what is necessary. No one else can be responsible for this but you.
7. Cry when you feel the need; we have been taught that we should not show our sadness when it is part of our emotional repertoire.
8. Give thanks every day.
By deciding, we automatically begin to be responsible for what we are choosing. The next step will be to take on the task of seeking what happiness means for you (values, desires, emotional management, facing challenges or problems). And this search for your own happiness is played out every day, at every moment.”
