250 grams almonds, peeled
1 water, fresh (boiled)
4 tablespoons sugar
ice cubes, to taste

If the almonds are not peeled yet, soak them in hot water starting 1 day before and remove the skin.
In a blender, grind the almonds and add a little cold water.
Strain the almond water, squeezing well until only the juice remains (no lumps).
Add the sugar and ice, stir with enough water to fill the pitcher.
