Antioxidant Cocktail with Blackberries, Lemon and Cardamom

Delicious refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail, made with a syrup of blue blackberries, flavored with cardamom, served with a touch of cranberry juice and the rich bubbly flavor of Red Bull® Sugar Free®. Don't forget to add the yellow lemon, which will make it even more refreshing and will perfectly contrast with the spiciness of the worm salt rim.

  • 1 cup blueberries, for the syrup
  • 1/2 cups water, for the syrup
  • 1/4 cups cardamom, for the syrup
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cups salt, of worm salt
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 1/8 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 lemon, cut into half moons
  • 1/4 cups blueberries, whole
  • 1 can Red Bull Sugar Free®, 250ml

  • For the syrup, in a small pot, cook the blue blackberries with the water and cardamom over medium heat. Cook for 15 minutes until reduced by half, forming the syrup and breaking down the blackberries. Remove from heat and cool.
  • Rub the rim of the glass with yellow lemon and rim with worm salt.
  • Add the syrup, ice, cranberry juice, yellow lemon and fill with Red Bull® Sugar Free, garnish with the skewer of blackberries with yellow lemon and enjoy.
