Apple Cider

A traditional holiday drink with an apple juice base.

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon clove powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 2 cubes cinnamon
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 3 cups apple juice

  • Pour all the ingredients into a large pot and simmer for approximately one hour.
  • Let the drink absorb the spices overnight.
  • The next day, heat before serving.
  • To serve, pour the drink into a glass mug and garnish with a piece of cinnamon and a tablespoon of whipped cream.
