Banana Lassi

Healthy Indian drink to refresh or to include in breakfast.

  • 1 cup yogurt, without sugar or sweeteners
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons sugar , or a packet of Splenda
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • cinnamon

  • Blend the ingredients until the ice is completely mixed with the banana and yogurt.
  • Serve cold.
  • If desired, sprinkle cinnamon at the time of serving.
