1 cup yogurt, without sugar or sweeteners
1 banana
2 tablespoons sugar , or a packet of Splenda
1 pinch cardamom powder
1 cup ice cubes
cinnamon

Blend the ingredients until the ice is completely mixed with the banana and yogurt.
Serve cold.
If desired, sprinkle cinnamon at the time of serving.
