Black Michelada

For dark beer lovers, try this delicious black michelada recipe, with the rich combination of beer, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Tabasco, Kermato®, and olives.

  • 1 cup Kermato® tomato clam juice
  • 1 ale beer

  • To rim the glass, pass the glass over the plate with the bed of sliced limes and then turn it over onto the plate with coarse salt, covering the entire top of the glass well. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with the Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili powder, and lime.
  • Pour the previous mixture into the glass and add Kermato®.
  • Gradually add the beer to the glass.
  • Garnish your glass with a skewer and three olives and a slice of cucumber.
