Blackberry Antioxidant Juice

Prepare this antioxidant juice recipe and take advantage of the benefits of blackberry, orange, and kiwi to combat free radicals in your body, fight aging, and give your system a punch of energy. This antioxidant juice is delicious and very nutritious!

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 50 grams amaranth
  • 1/2 cups grapefruit juice
  •   water water
  • kiwi, sliced, for decoration

  • In a bowl or deep container, wash and disinfect the fruits. Set aside.
  • Cut and squeeze the grapefruit, set the juice aside.
  • Peel the kiwi, cut into quarters. Set aside.
  • In a blender, add kiwi, blackberry, amaranth, grapefruit juice, and blend.
  • Decorate with slices of kiwi.
