Cappuccino Cream

Delicious dessert to close an excellent meal with a flourish, prepare this cappuccino cream and accompany it with your preferred sweet bread.

  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 6 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 6 tablespoons cornstarch
  • chocolates, grated

  • Heat the milk with the sugar and vanilla. Separate one quarter and put it in another pot.
  • To the remaining milk, add the coffee and the mixture to dissolve.
  • Add to the mixtures the cornstarch, vanilla, and coffee, and heat over low heat.
  • Pour the coffee mixture into each cup and finally the vanilla mixture.
  • Sprinkle grated chocolate.
