Delicious dessert to close an excellent meal with a flourish, prepare this cappuccino cream and accompany it with your preferred sweet bread.

1 liter cow's milk
8 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
6 tablespoons instant coffee
6 tablespoons cornstarch
chocolates, grated

Low
Heat the milk with the sugar and vanilla. Separate one quarter and put it in another pot.
To the remaining milk, add the coffee and the mixture to dissolve.
Add to the mixtures the cornstarch, vanilla, and coffee, and heat over low heat.
Pour the coffee mixture into each cup and finally the vanilla mixture.
Sprinkle grated chocolate.
