  • 100 milliliters water, for the chai bombs
  • 200 grams Domino® raw sugar, for the chai bombs
  • 4.5 teaspoons cardamom
  • 18 lavender flower
  • 18 chamomile flowers
  • 18 star anise pods
  • milk, boiling

  • Pour the water into a pot, add the Domino® Mascabado Sugar, and bring to a boil without stirring until it reaches 125 °C. Pour into half-sphere molds and let cool until crystallized.
  • Carefully unmold the spheres, filling them with cardamom, lavender flowers, chamomile flowers, and star anise. Heat a skillet and briefly warm the half-spheres on the edges to slightly melt them. Cover the spheres.
  • Serve hot milk in a cup and add a sphere. Mix until dissolved.
