Christmas Punch

Delicious Christmas Punch made with tejocotes, guavas, raisins, apples, and red wine.

  • 7 sticks cinnamon
  • 1/2 tubs red wine
  • 4 apples
  • 1/2 cups raisins
  • 16 guavas
  • 26 tejocotes
  • sugar, Hill Country Fare
  • rums

  • Wash and cut the tejocotes. Wash and slice the apples and guavas. In a pot, boil the chopped fruit in 25 cups of water, with the sugar and cinnamon.
  • When the fruits are cooked, remove from heat, pour in the red wine and rum to taste. Serve hot.
