20 tablespoons ground coffee, to prepare in your Royal Prestige® Barista
2 cups water
ice cubes, to mix
2 ounces Licor 43
ice cubes, to serve
coffee grains, to decorate

Add the coffee to the Royal Prestige® Barista.
Add water and cover with the piston raised.
Align the heating icon with the serving spout.
Open the valve, heat over medium-high until it whistles, and remove immediately from heat.
Let it steep for 2 minutes and slowly push the piston down to the bottom.
Close the valve and turn to the serving icon. Pour 2 ounces into a shot glass and set aside.
Pour enough ice, coffee, and Licor 43 into a cocktail shaker, then close and shake very well for 2 minutes.
Add enough ice and the mixed drink to an old fashioned glass, decorate the carajillo with coffee beans!
