With this heat, who wouldn't crave a delicious coconut mojito frappe? This drink is refreshing, light, and full of coconut and mint flavor with a hint of lemon and rum. You have to try it!

1/4 cups coconut cream, to rim
1/4 cups coconut, toasted frappe, for rimming
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cups lime
1/4 cups spearmint
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup coconut cream
1/4 cups white rum
spearmint, for garnish
Preparation

On a plate, place the coconut cream and on another the coconut frappe. Rim the glasses being careful not to drip. Let it dry.
In a bowl, muddle the sugar with the lemon and mint.
Blend the ice with the coconut cream, rum, and the previous mixture.
Serve in a pre-rimmed glass and garnish with mint. Enjoy.
