Coconut Mojito Frappé

With this heat, who wouldn't crave a delicious coconut mojito frappe? This drink is refreshing, light, and full of coconut and mint flavor with a hint of lemon and rum. You have to try it!

  • 1/4 cups coconut cream, to rim
  • 1/4 cups coconut, toasted frappe, for rimming
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cups lime
  • 1/4 cups spearmint
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cups white rum
  • spearmint, for garnish

  • On a plate, place the coconut cream and on another the coconut frappe. Rim the glasses being careful not to drip. Let it dry.
  • In a bowl, muddle the sugar with the lemon and mint.
  • Blend the ice with the coconut cream, rum, and the previous mixture.
  • Serve in a pre-rimmed glass and garnish with mint. Enjoy.
