  • 30 grams instant coffee
  • 25 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 ounce water
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces Irish cream liqueur
  • ice cubes
  • coffee grains, for decoration
Preparation

  • Pour the instant coffee, sugar, and water into a bowl. Mix until thickened.
  • Add ice to a shaker, pour in the vodka and Irish cream. Shake for a few seconds.
  • Serve the dalgona martini in a martini glass and decorate with the coffee foam.
