- Cut the lemons in half and carefully remove the pulp.
- Bring the water to a boil and dissolve the gelatin.
- Let the water with the gelatin cool for about 15 minutes.
- Add the vodka and mix.
- Pour the mixture into the lemon peels.
- Refrigerate until they set.
- Once they have set, cut each lemon half into 3 pieces.
