Pineapple Sorbet with Cava

  • 1/2 pineapples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 600 milliliters wine, cava

  • Put the cava and sugar in a saucepan and heat it until the sugar dissolves.
  • Blend the pineapple.
  • When the cava has cooled down, add the blended pineapple and the juice of half a lemon. Use a hand blender to mix well and pour it into a jug to freeze.
  • After a couple of hours in the freezer, blend it again to make it more granulated.
