Carefully slice the peaches, orange, lemon, and lime into thin slices.
In a pitcher, mix the cointreau, sugar, and vodka. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
In another pitcher, pour half of the mixture with vodka and add the fruit and white wine evenly in the two pitchers. Refrigerate this mixture for a while until serving.
Just before serving, add sparkling water to each of the pitchers evenly. Mix well and serve over glasses with ice.
