1 stick cinnamon
1 cup granulated piloncillo
3 cups milk
1/2 cups Mexican chocolate, chopped
1 cup masa dough
1 cup water, fry
2 tablespoons coffee, granulated, dissolved in 1 cup of water and strained

In a pot, heat the water and add the cinnamon stick, piloncillo, milk, and chocolate; let it dissolve. Heat for 5 minutes.
Blend the dough with the water and strain it. Set aside.
Add the dough to the pot and cook for 15 minutes or until it thickens.
Once the mixture is thick, add the coffee and mix.
Serve your champurrado in an enamel cup and pair it with a delicious sweet bread.
