Coffee Tonic Cold Brew

  • 50 grams coffee, San Alberto, ground
  • 500 milliliters water, cold
  • 150 milliliters coffee, cold brew, for the coffee tonic
  • 50 milliliters Tonic water, for the coffee tonic
  • 2 cubes ice cubes, for the coffee tonic
  • 1 lime, slice, for the coffee tonic

  • For the cold brew, in a glass jar add the ground coffee and then pour cold water over it. Stir constantly with the help of a spoon.
  • Cover the jar with cling film and refrigerate for 18 to 24 hours. Once 12 hours have passed, stir again with the help of a spoon.
  • Once the mentioned time has passed, strain the liquid with a sieve or a paper filter. Reserve in the refrigerator.
  • For the coffee tonic, add 2 ice cubes to a glass and pour in 50 ml of tonic water. Add 150 ml of cold brew. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
