  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream, sugar-free, for rimming
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut, for rimming
  • 2 cups cranberry juice, low in calories
  • 2 tablespoons artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 pomegranates
  • 1/2 oranges, sliced
  • 1 stick cinnamon 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 star anise pods

  • Rim the edges of the glasses with coconut cream and shredded coconut - Set aside.
  • In a pot over medium heat, heat the low-calorie cranberry juice until it reaches a simmer. Turn off the heat and add the sugar substitute, pomegranate, orange, cinnamon, clove, star anise, and infuse for a few minutes. Strain and cool.
  • Pour the previous preparation into a shaker with ice, close, and shake vigorously until chilled.
  • Pour the cocktail into the glasses, decorate with an orange slice and a cinnamon stick. Serve.
