Chocolate Beer

To get in the mood and watch the Mexico vs. Poland match, we bring you this chocolate beer, a drink that combines the best of both worlds with the unmatched touch of Domino® Mascabado Sugar.

  • 500 milliliters evaporated milk, for the chocolate
  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder, for the chocolate
  • 1/2 cups Domino® raw sugar, for the chocolate
  • 1/4 tablets bittersweet chocolate, for the chocolate
  • 300 milliliters stout beer

  • Heat the evaporated milk with cocoa, Domino® Mascabado Sugar, and dark chocolate in a pot.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, let cool and refrigerate.
  • Fill ¼ of your Weizen glass with the previous preparation and pour the Stout beer.
  • Mix the chocolate beer with a stirrer and enjoy!
