Cuban Michelada

  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Maggi seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • pinches coarse salt
  • 1 bottle lager beer
  • lime, slice for garnish

  • Place the glass upside down on a plate with lime slices to coat the rim with its juice. Then rim with chili piquín.
  • Pour the lime juice into the rimmed glass, followed by the Worcestershire sauce, Maggi seasoning sauce, hot sauce, and a pinch of coarse salt; stir with a spoon until combined, pour in the beer and garnish with a slice of lime.
