  • Mix the chili powder and sugar on a flat plate. Moisten the rim of the beer glass with tamarind pulp and then rim it with the chili and sugar mixture.
  • Pour the tamarind syrup into the rimmed glass, add orange juice, lemon juice, and Maggi sauce; mix and then add the beer. Decorate with jícama, tamarind gummies, and liquid chamoy.
