Exotic Chamoyada

This exotic fruit chamoyada is a sour, sweet, and spicy combination; easy to prepare, with natural fruits and Domino® Mascabado Sugar made 100% from natural cane. Ideal to enjoy on a hot day.

  • 1/4 cups Domino® raw sugar
  • 1 cup passion fruit, frozen pulp
  • 1 cup pineapple, in cubes and frozen for 12 hours 1 cup pineapple, in cubes and frozen for 12 hours

  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cups lime juice, cold 1/2 cups lime juice, cold

  • Blend the frozen pineapple cubes with the frozen passion fruit pulp, add the Domino® Mascabado Sugar and half of the lemon juice. Reserve in the freezer.
  • Blend the frozen raspberries together with Domino® Mascabado Sugar and the other half of the lemon juice. Reserve in the freezer.
  • Frost the glass with chamoy and chili powder.
  • To assemble the chamoyada, first pour the raspberry mixture until halfway up the glass, then add some liquid chamoy and subsequently pour the pineapple/passion fruit mixture and add more liquid chamoy. With the help of a long spoon, swirl the chamoyada a bit so that all the colors are visible.
  • Finish by sprinkling a little chili powder and decorate with a skewer of pineapple and raspberries.
