Fat Burning Shake

Drink this shake every morning on an empty stomach, 1 hour before breakfast, and burn fat!

  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cups nopal, chopped
  • 1/2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 lime, (juice)
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 1/2 glasses water

  • In a blender, pour half a glass of water, then blend the pineapple with the cactus, add the celery, then the apple, and continue blending until perfectly combined.
  • Add the lemon juice and mix, ready to drink!
