  • 10 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • 1 pinch anise
  • chantilly cream, for decoration
  • chocolate, grated

  • Heat the milk in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add the piloncillo block while stirring continuously.
  • Add the pinch of anise.
  • Add the 10 tablespoons of chocolate one by one.
  • Add the 2 pinches of cinnamon.
  • Let it heat for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve in a cup and you’re done.
