10 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 liter cow's milk
2 pinches cinnamon
1 pinch anise
chantilly cream, for decoration

Heat the milk in a pot over medium heat.
Add the piloncillo block while stirring continuously.
Add the pinch of anise.
Add the 10 tablespoons of chocolate one by one.
Add the 2 pinches of cinnamon.
Let it heat for another 2 minutes.
Serve in a cup and you’re done.
