Gelatin Marbles

These tricolor gelatin marbles are an excellent option to celebrate national holidays. Use them to prepare an original drink, with many flavors and textures that will surprise you with every sip. The special touch comes from the combination of D’Gari® gelatins in lemon, cherry, and coconut flavors with a splash of lemon soda.

  • 1 envelope D'Gari® lime gelatin
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 1 envelope D'Gari® cherry gelatin
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 1 envelope D´Gari® gelatin coconut flavor
  • 2 cups milk, hot
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • lime soda
  • flags, for decoration

  • Mix D’Gari® lemon gelatin with hot water until completely dissolved, then repeat the same procedure with D’Gari® cherry gelatin.
  • Mix hot milk with D’Gari® coconut gelatin until completely dissolved.
  • Pour each of the gelatin mixtures into round molds (in the shape of a marble), close and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Unmold the gelatins, serve in cups and combine the colors. Pour white wine and also add lemon soda. Finally, decorate with the little flags.
