  • ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 lemons, without skin
  • 1 cup apple juice

  • In a blender: Fill 3/4 of chopped cabbage, a bit of peeled ginger, half of a yellow lemon peeled but with the white skin, a cup of apple juice, and ice to taste.
