Green Juice with Cabbage and Lemon

  • 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, without skin
  • 1/4 cups peppermint, just the leaves
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, without skin, in cubes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, for decoration

  • Place the cabbage in a blender, squeeze the lemon, making sure to remove the seeds. Then add the ginger, mint, pineapple, and water. Blend until completely integrated.
