  • 1 cup broccoli, (the sprouts)
  • 1 cup sunflower sprouts, (chopped)
  • 1/4 cups tahini
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 cup water

  • In a blender, add the water and lemon juice.
  • Gradually add the garlic, tahini, and alfalfa, sunflower, and broccoli sprouts.
