In a glass cup, heat the water in the microwave on high until it steams. Add the tea bag and let it steep for 3 minutes. Remove the tea bag. Add honey to the tea until it dissolves.
In a blender with ice-crushing capacity, blend the blueberries, banana, and milk.
Add the tea to the blender. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency. (Some blenders may require additional water to process the mixture.) Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve.
