Green Tea Smoothie with Banana and Blueberries

  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 bag green tea
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cups cranberries, frozen
  • 1/2 bananas
  • 3/4 cups soy milk, vanilla flavor

  • In a glass cup, heat the water in the microwave on high until it steams. Add the tea bag and let it steep for 3 minutes. Remove the tea bag. Add honey to the tea until it dissolves.
  • In a blender with ice-crushing capacity, blend the blueberries, banana, and milk. Add the tea to the blender. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency. (Some blenders may require additional water to process the mixture.) Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve.
