Guava and Mint Smoothie

This drink is rich in vitamin C and the touch of mint makes it super refreshing.

  • 2 cups guava
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaf
  • 2 lemons, extract the juice
  • sugar , to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups water, cold
  • ice cubes, to taste

  • Cut the ends of the guava. Slice it in half and use a spoon to remove the center or seeds.
  • Blend the ingredients in the blender. Add crushed ice and sugar to taste, blend until smooth.
  • Serve.
