  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 6 guavas
  • water
  • ice cubes
Preparation

  • Boil the rice and cinnamon in a pot with enough water. Once it comes to a boil, add the guavas.
  • Blend the rice and guava mixture. Incorporate the condensed milk and evaporated milk.
  • Pour into a pitcher and fill with plain water until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Serve the guava horchata in a glass with lots of ice.
