1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 liter milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 cups condensed milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
2 cups whiskey
churro, for accompaniment

In a pot, cook the evaporated milk, milk, baking soda, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add a tablespoon of the previous mixture and dissolve the cornstarch, add it to the pot and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
Over low heat, add the condensed milk, cocoa, coffee, and vanilla. Cook for 3 minutes and remove from heat.
Transfer to a bowl and add the whisky, whisk to combine, and let cool.
Serve in a low glass with ice and accompany with some delicious churros.
