Delicious rice and cinnamon water, perfect to accompany your meals or to refresh you on a hot day.

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 sprig cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1/2 liters water

  • Place the rice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and two cups of water in a bowl, mix. Let it sit for two to three hours.
  • After that time, blend the mixture with the evaporated milk.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a jug through a strainer.
  • Add the cup of milk, the sugar, and the rest of the water.
