1 sprig cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup cow's milk
1/2 liters water

Place the rice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and two cups of water in a bowl, mix. Let it sit for two to three hours.
After that time, blend the mixture with the evaporated milk.
Pour the blended mixture into a jug through a strainer.
Add the cup of milk, the sugar, and the rest of the water.
