250 grams nixtamalized corn dough, prepared, without lard

1 cup milk, warm
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 cloves
orange, for decoration (in slices)

Pour the warm water and the Smucker's® Orange Jam into a bowl. Then, dissolve the jam well with the help of a spoon.
Pour the water with the Smucker’s® Orange Jam dissolved in a medium pot, add the spices and orange peel. Heat for a few minutes.
Pour the warm milk into a bowl and gradually add the corn dough, dissolving it completely. Once all the dough is dissolved, pour the preparation into the pot containing the mixture of water with jam and spices, mixing constantly until the mixture thickens. Remove the atole from the heat.
Strain the orange atole, serve in cups, and garnish with a slice of orange.
