Vanilla Atole

  • cow's milk, to dissolve the cornstarch
  • 4 cups evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cups raw sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • cinnamon

  • Dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk.
