3 cups cow's milk, from cow
1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 stick cinnamon
1/8 cups cajeta, or 2 tablespoons

We pour the milk and cinnamon into a small bowl.
We wait for it to boil and add the cajeta. Stir.
In a glass with water, we add the cornstarch and stir until the lumps are gone.
We add it to the bowl, stirring vigorously and constantly to avoid lumps, and lower the heat until it boils.
