Cajeta Atole with Cinnamon

This cajeta atole recipe is easy to prepare and my family loves it.

  • 3 cups cow's milk, from cow
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1/8 cups cajeta, or 2 tablespoons

  • We pour the milk and cinnamon into a small bowl.
  • We wait for it to boil and add the cajeta. Stir.
  • In a glass with water, we add the cornstarch and stir until the lumps are gone.
  • We add it to the bowl, stirring vigorously and constantly to avoid lumps, and lower the heat until it boils.
