1 cup evaporated milk, light
1/2 cups light milk
3 cups water
1 tablespoon clove
1 tablespoon star anise pod
1 sprig cinnamon
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cups Splenda, Granulated

Boil two cups of water with the clove, cinnamon, pepper, anise, and SPLENDA® Granulated for fifteen minutes.
Mix the two types of milk and heat them in another pot. Add the spice reduction.
Dissolve the cornstarch in water and add it to the previous mixture.
Leave it on the heat for about ten minutes until it thickens.
Serve in a cup and sprinkle ground cinnamon to taste.
