2 cups low-fat milk, or light milk
4 teaspoons black tea
4 cloves
8 pods cardamom, or seeds
1 sprig cinnamon
1 piece ginger
1/4 cups sugar, or 6 packets of Splenda
Preparation

Grind the spices in a mortar.
Boil the water for 10 minutes along with the spices.
Add the milk and sugar or Splenda and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
Strain before serving.
