In a medium pot, add half a liter of water and the cinnamon and bring to a boil over medium-high heat while preparing the other ingredients.
In a strainer, place the oatmeal and rinse it a bit with water
Put the oatmeal in the blender with the other half liter of water and blend until well crushed.
Strain the mixture into the boiling water. Add the chocolate (preferably in pieces), and stir the mixture with a large spoon until the chocolate is well dissolved. Add sugar to your liking
Lower the heat and let it boil for 15 minutes without stopping stirring.
