  • 1 stick semisweet chocolate, 180 grams
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup water, warm
  • chantilly cream
  • 30 grams semisweet chocolate, grated

  • In a pot, heat the water and warm milk.
  • Add the chocolate bar to the pot.
  • Stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
  • Serve in cups when the chocolate is about to boil.
  • Add whipped cream to the cup on top of the hot chocolate.
  • Sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
