8 cups water
2/3 cups brown sugar
1/2 piloncillos
2 cubes cinnamon
1 cup coffee , ground

Place in a pot the 8 cups of water with the sugar, piloncillo, and cinnamon until all the sugar is dissolved.
Add the coffee to the pot, cover, and boil for 5 minutes.
Serve in small jars, straining the coffee and removing the coffee beans and cinnamon.
Add a fresh cinnamon stick for decoration to each jar if desired.
