1 orange, the peel
1 1/2 cups hibiscus flower
1/2 piloncillos
2 apples, diced
1/2 cups plum, pitted
1/2 cans evaporated milk

Heat the water with the orange peel and cinnamon until it reaches a boil. Turn off and add the hibiscus, let it steep for three minutes, and strain.
Heat the previous mixture with the piloncillo until it is about to boil, add the apples and plums, and let it heat until they are soft.
Add the evaporated milk and turn off.
