2 tablets chocolate bar
1 liter whole milk
1 cinnamon stick
1 liter water
1/4 cups sugar, optional
Preparation

Low
Put the water and the chocolate bar with the sugar and the cinnamon stick in a pot.
Heat over medium heat. Let it sit for 30 minutes or until it comes to a boil and the chocolate has dissolved.
Add the milk and heat for 10 minutes, making sure it doesn't boil over as it may spill.
Serve the hot chocolate in cups and accompany with rolls or pastries.
